You can do this directly in Smoothcomp. Refunds can be processed up until bracketing is completed. After the Early Registration date, all refunds will be in the form of a credit or “Coupon”. The only exception to this is that you are uncontested after merging is completed and have been contacted with the secondary options of a refund or a merge outside of our automatic merging policy.
