Support for event related issues such as bracketing, match scoring, etc. is provided in the following ways:
Prior to the event you may receive email support from the Event Coordinator. The email address of the Event Coordinator for each event is displayed on the Schedule/Details page of that event under the SUPPORT section.
Support during the event is provided by the Event Coordinator. Every FUJI BJJ competition has an Event Coordinator that is responsible for provided this type of support to competitors, coaches and parents. Please do not engage referees, table workers or other employees at FUJI BJJ events for support related to bracketing, scoring, rules questions, etc.
Support after the event is provided by the Event Coordinator via the email address provided on the Event Schedule page.
Items purchased at the retail booth during an event may be returned while the event is still active. The item must be unused and in original condition.
PLEASE NOTE: Once the event has concluded there will be no refunds available and all sales are final.
PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGES TO FUJI BJJ REGARDING RETAIL PRODUCTS WILL BE UNANSWERED, IGNORED, DELETED.
